In 2011 I was brought on a small team at Identity Works in Stockholm to assist an alliance of banks launch a new mobile payments service. I helped with prelaunch ("Social payments") and launch concepts ("Swisha" as a verb), positioning, plus some UI and communication design work. Swish took off.
